They say you can't love when your young, they call that puppy love. However there are many different types of love. The one true love is there are no other male or female interests in your life. ( as a partner ) And normally you fell the same feeling six to seven months down the road with the same person. You accept their indifference's, and try not to change them into what you want . Love is like food everyone needs it. I have my own version some one that listens, and gives honest answers, and is really there for you when life gets tough, or money is short, one or the other becomes sick . And if all is well and money is plentiful, share the good times with the bad. I don't know if there really is a puppy love, most people use that expression to say you will get over your feelings easier, but does a puppy ever stop loving the owner?

Puppy love is that cute-giddy feeling you get when you meet for the first time. Or that little school-girl crush on the cutest kid in the class. Puppy love is only for a fleeting moment, then you mature. Real love is something no-one falls into. It is create and lived and experienced through the years with someone you can exist with for who they are not anything else. Not wanting to change them or make adjustments to them here and there but full acceptance of who they are and what they are.

there's less barking in real love.
seriously, in real love, you see the person for all that they are - good and bad, and still feel good about them. In puppy love, I think you only see their good side and romanticize them and put them on a pedestal as if they can do no wrong, which isn't reality because nobody can be perfect all the time.

Puppy love is temporary, like infatution... like a crush, and real love is something that should be forever, if you really love someone you'd follow that person to the end of the earth, you'd give the person everything you have, not just materialistically, but all of your heart and soul, to ensure that happiness. and in order for it to be a successful loving relationship, your significant other is feeling and giving their all to you in return.

Puppy love: When you really like some one for their looks and how much fun you have together, etc.
Real love: When you almost hate the person but are willing to stick it out because you cannot see yourself with anyone else.

Puppy love is just wat it is. Real love is so much more you will know in your heart when you really love someone. You will have a unconditional love for that person. and it comes with time and experience

Well puppies are fickle and forget you in five minutes, whereas if you can get real love it's good. Does that help?

If you were in real love, you would know the difference.
Hard to put into words, but trust me, you will know.
