PLEASE see a doctor. The supraclavicular nodes [at the base of your ncek] are considered the sentinel nodes for Lymphoma. I know that first hand, as the same node [left side] on me was swollen. After seeing a few specialists, a surgeon was all set to remove my thyroid when he did a fine needle aspiration [biopsy] of that node. The rest is history. But hey, at least I'm here to tell it! I'm not trying to scare you, there are other things that could make that node swell too. You just need to know for sure. If it's something bad, there are good treatments out there. I'm 2 years post-treatment. Here's a good site for disease info, and to check if you have any other symptoms:

Wow, yeah um.

Here's the deal, you don't have cancer, since you posted it here, if you think you do. Well, you might, but not show symptoms for 39 years.

Just enlarged lymph glands? Believe me, you'd feel the cancer. You'd feel like total drain cleaner. Other signs and symptoms would pop up. Mobile and tender lymph nodes are rarely things to be worried about.

well sometimes it can be something simple like a type of viral infection that you may not be aware of having, treatable with antibiotics. when i was younger i had a swollen lympth nod it grew fairly large. they took it out for a byopsiy but nothing bad ever came of it. also it can be a reaction to such things as medication . you may even want to get your thyroid checked sometimes that can cause swelling of the lympths. here a good web site to check out, they also have on line nurses you can chat with about this. www.healthatoz.com or www.healtha-z.com not sure which.
