Please see your doctor, pronto, Sir.

That's the mark of an STD or urinary infection.

Have a nice day.

sounds to me like you have an urinary tract infection and the doctor will prescribe a sulfer drug which will help greatly if you have swelling there it more likely a std either way the doctor can treat the problem easily
Not everyone with a UTI has symptoms, but most people get at least some symptoms. These may include a frequent urge to urinate and a painful, burning feeling in the area of the bladder or urethra during urination. It is not unusual to feel bad all over—tired, shaky, washed out—and to feel pain even when not urinating. Often women feel an uncomfortable pressure above the pubic bone, and some men experience a fullness in the rectum. It is common for a person with a urinary infection to complain that, despite the urge to urinate, only a small amount of urine is passed. The urine itself may look milky or cloudy, even reddish if blood is present. Normally, a UTI does not cause fever if it is in the bladder or urethra. A fever may mean that the infection has reached the kidneys. Other symptoms of a kidney infection include pain in the back or side below the ribs, nausea, or vomiting
hope this helps

You either have an STD or a Urinary tract infection. If you want to avoid a doctor visit try downing about 2 gallons of Cranberry juice in about a 36 hr period. If the pain starts to subside it is a Urinary tract infection if the pain gets no better it is an STD and the only way to get rid of this is antibiotics.

I'm guessing you're male, that is why a couple of people have jumped to the conclusion that you are not practicing safe sex and that you may have an STD; but though it could be, it could also be a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). Men get them too - another sign that it may be a UTI is if you are having to urinate very frequently and you actually have to force yourself to urinate and you only "dribble."
Either way - you need to see a doctor.

You may have contracted some type of STD, but fear not, it may also be some type of yeast infection, urinary tract infection, etc. You may just need a round of antibiotics and it will clear up.

If you start seeing any rashes, marks, postules, etc. DO NOT have sexual contact with anyone.
See a physician and get blood work done.
In the mean time it would be smart to abstain from sex until you know what is going on.
If you are with someone now, ask if she is experiencing any of the same symptoms and tell her what is going on, she may need to be tested too.

Good luck.

Go to the Dr.!!! It could be a urinary infection or a kidney infection. Maybe even an STD... If it is a UTI or a kidney infection it will only get worse without an antibiotic.

Good Luck!
