My girl friend got frost bite recently as the winter is coming.So,can anyone give me any good ways to cure the frost bite?

Frostbite before winter? Hmmm. Strange.

Immediately get the area dry and warm. Using body heat to rewarm is helpful. For example, putting a frostbitten hand under another person's armpit will warm it slowly. Avoid rubbing.
If there is any blackened tissue, see an MD.

Frost bite is frozen cells, never rub them, gently and slowly warm by using warm water.

I think the only cure is to stay warm and heal. Keep it clean so it doesn't get infected. Learning a lesson so it doesn't happen again is important too.
