I use chicken tenderloins... so depending on how many you need to cook, just change the recipe accordingly.
8 chicken tenderloins
1 can Cambell's Cream of Chicken (I use the low sodium kind)
1 cup of white cooking wine
Sliced Swiss Cheese
Set the oven for 350 degrees. Put the chicken in a Pammed dish. Cover with layer of Sliced Swiss cheese.
Combine the cream of chicken soup and the white cooking wine, and pour mixture over dish.
Top with bread crumbs. I use the Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix, personally, because I think it adds more flavor. Dot with butter.
Cook for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
