Harder for a few days. But when you get back to Ca, it will be easier. That's why athletes train at altitude..............

Running at higher altitudes it much harder, because there is less oxygen in the air. You need to build up endurance before you go running at higher altitudes, but it is great for training! It is very harsh for breathing though.

I grew up in Colorado and was an athelte there also. It takes an average 90 days for your body to get use to the altitude and readjust properly. Most of the Olympians train in Colorado because of its high altitude. There's less oxygen, which your body needs to circulate the nutrients to the muscle, so you'll definitely experience muscle fatigue more quickly. I recommend keeping your body fueled with all the proper nutrients, this may delay fatigue. Also, I highly recommend you do NOT smoke, if you are a smoker--smoker's have their lungs filled with CO2 instead of the needed oxygen. Good luck and train hard!

the better in altitude you pass, the decrease the strain. The decrease the strain, the fewer resitant the air turns into. actually merely makes each thing lots extra effectual. additionally, the better you're, the extra time you may desire to react to emergencies. So safety then turns right into somewhat besides in that regard. Then finally, a majority of the climate occurs under 30,000 feet, so that's a super benefit to fly above the climate, the two from a secure practices viewpoint and a convenience viewpoint. Then finally you have airspace congestion. in case you limited all airplane to fly under 10,000 feet, there could be some real safety concerns, and attempting to maintain the hot vertical separation standards could replace into particularly risky..

Harder, because the air has less and less oxygen the higher you go up.
