As hard as it is because it's your spouse, report them to the police and get you and your child out of that environment immediately. Not only for your child's sake, but also because the state may step in and do it for you if you don't. Please back up your child on this, get them the help they need. Also, by going to the police, they will get you in touch w/ your local Children's Advocacy center who will do the initial interview, and then set your child and you up for counseling, then stick with it. It may be hard at times, but the more you take your child there, the better off they will be. Good luck and God Bless

Without a dought!!!I'd have that dope addict son of a bit** thrown in jail and prosecuted to the maximum limits of the law then spend the next ? years trying to put your and your oldest child's life's back together. If that was my kin...I'd be in prison for murder and he'd be in the bone yard where all puke children abusers belong. This is not a joke answer but way too real.

Youve asked this question 3 times!!!! Get off the computer and do something about it like get you and your son out of this situation and press charges on the meth addict. You will get nothing accomplished by sitting on the computer all day asking strangers what to do. If you dont do something right now you risk your son getting awarded to the state.

Kick him out, report the abuse to the police or child welfare. Never let him near my kids or me again. File for divorce and full custody. ASAP.
