First off, once a week make a moisturizer for your hair. A perfect one is a 3 part mixture of Coconut Oil, Real Mayonaise, and Olive oil. When your hair is dry, massage this mixture into your hair and leave on for about 1-2 hours. Then shampoo and condition your hair normally. This will add moisture to your hair, especially in these dry winter months. Coconut oil can be purchased at your local grocery store, and a great place to buy it where it is cheap is at Wild Oats. A perfect shampoo is "Special Tea Tree Shampoo" by Paul Mitchell. It smells great, and makes your hair clean, shiny, and full of moisture! A wonderful conditioner is any Graham Webb conditioner, they work miracles. You can find both of those shampoo and conditioner at a local hair salon, because they are not sold in drug stores or grocery stores. I have dry hair, and this schedule works great. Good luck!

From what i will be able to see for your profile photo, I think that your hair suits you precisely the way in which it is. I might stick to that hair style you have got in your photo, due to the fact to me, it appears first-rate.
