Why is everyone posting questions about Gang and Torbay??? It seems a lot of you are paying a lot of attention to them, yet complaining about what they say.

Some people have way too much time on their hands!

In the questions I have read, Gang and Torbay have been frank (sometimes VERY frank sometimes rude) in their responses to questions they think are ridiculous, ignorant, reckless, uncaring or just plain dumb.

No one wants to be told what they are doing is unethical, stupid or wrong----especially if it is true. That's why they get so angry---someone has pointed out what they are doing is wrong in a very direct, confrontational manner.

There are also people pretending to have more experience than they really do and don't like being exposed.

If someone has an issue with an answer, scroll past it, ignore it, and move on.

Stop targeting someone because you don't like their answers--- there are plenty of people who don't like YOUR answers either.

Actually, not really. This site is and "Ask/Answer" site, not an "Ask/Criticize and Put people down" site. Speaking from my personal point-of-view, I asked questions about my dog in hopes of coming across a person that has experienced this same thing with their dog. Whether you want to say he has health problems or not, go for it. My vet told me he didn't. Sometimes people are just curious to know if other people have any advice. It just seems that everytime I ask a question, I have Torbay criticizing me every chance he gets about purchasing a dog that he considers a "waste of money". But guess what, to me, he's not. I have a perfect little pint-sized companion that will be with me for at least 15 years. Yes, they live longer than bigger dogs.

This my friend, is why everyone is sick of this guy. Nobody comes on here to take his garbage, we just come on here for answers. Like we learned in elementary school, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Maybe he should live by that.

In any case, if you would like to know more about what my dog went through, which is not a "health defect", feel free to ask. I'm not here to bash people, and I hope that you aren't either.

(just added)
Well, I just read your other answer that mentioned my "undersized, crappy puppy".. Who are you to say that? Huh? If you saw me at a dog park would you say that? NO. You wouldn't. I love how everyone on here gets all ballsy and thinks its ok to say whatever they want. Have you seen my dog? Have you seen him jump accross the floor like a little fur ball? NO. He got sick. I screwed up by not feeding him often enough. He's just short of a pound, and that is what I got myself into. I wanted the extra work it takes to raise my little one. I chose this. I knew what was involved, but in the end, all is fine. He makes my day everyday. Is that so wrong??? Who gave you the right to call my dog "crappy"?

They're just mad because they want everything to be sugar coated and they can't handle truthful answers. I couldn't beleive it when I saw they actually were REPORTING answers that they didn't like! That's a little much, I figure if you can't take a truthful answer then don't ask the question.

Because there's a difference between criticism and constructive criticism. The two you mentioned tend to be very harsh, sometimes to the point of rudeness.

Yes, the line between honest, frank answers and rude ones is kind of hard to tell sometimes. But not with those two posters.

They're even doing themselves a disservice, if they really want to change peoples' minds. It's easier to catch flies with honey than vinegar, you might say. If they changed the tone of their posts to still criticize but not belittle, it might not be so bad.

Ild like to add they are complaining because they don't want to hear the truth so buntly. They would rather have their hand held without having the truth of their ignorance actually acknowledged.

They're the same people duh. They're always supporting each other, I'm not surprised if this isn't the same person too. In my opinion they're very rude people. They are always giving answers they say are "correct but not sugar coated" and they aren't always correct and they're not sugar coated they're just rude. But whatever it doesn't affect my life it just bothers me that some people with rather good questions get jumped on by people who think they're so intellectual...and if they know so much then why don't they go get a degree or something.
:-)
p.s. if...IF....you're not the same person...then quit kissing their butt.

Monika you are stubborn. If your dog has hypoglycemia he has a health problem. If he had to go to the hospital, he was sick. Your dog is small and sickly. I like little dogs too, but when they are that small they are usually not healthy. I personally appreciate GetemGangs answers because I get to learn things about dogs that I was confused about or didn't know at all. So THANKS GETEMGANG!
