If you're actually LOOKING for an under-aged tattoo parlor, you're no better than someone who would be RUNNING an under-aged tattoo parlor (which, by the way, is ILLEGAL.)

In MOST places, you have to be 18 years old to get a tattoo. (I live in Pennsylvania too, and I know that the law here says 18.)

I also know of some tattoo parlors that won't tattoo you if you are under the age of 18, even WITH your parents' permission. (I think this is a great idea.)

So, go ahead and look for a place who will tattoo you... just keep in mind that if they're letting this rule slip through the cracks, imagine what ELSE they could be doing that's not proper (not to mention UNHEALTHY).

I hope you're okay with infection and/or disease.

Have fun with that.

Most shops will NOT give a minor a tattoo. There are lots that will give a minor a tattoo WITH their parents consent only!!! Any shop that will give a minor a tattoo with out their parents consent is not up to code. The laws say you have to be an adult or have your parents consent. Get your parents consent and find a good clean tattoo shop to get your tattoo at. Other wise you will be risking your health and taking the risk of getting a poorly done tattoo.

You should go to the police. It is illegal to tattoo someone under the age of 18 in the UK - they can not even do it with parental consent. The tattoo artist will be charged for the offence and I should imagine the tattoo parlour will be investigated and possibly lose its license or be closed down.

I don't recommend that...even in desperate cases, you should wait. Under-aged tattooing is fine when done with parental consent, but no decient professional will just tattoo anyone...its illegal and you looking for the shop is no better than the people who run it.

Wait until you are older, you'll appreciate it more.

It is against the law to tattoo a minor and it doesn't matter that a parent gives permission.
A studio can lose their license for tattooing a minor.

There aren't any that are legal and safe. Most places will do underage tattoos if you have your parents authorization. Good luck!

If they are for underage people they are not up to date and you are risking getting some disease. Such as Hepatitis or something like that. I would not recommend it. But it is your own life.
