well if you rub your hands on stainless steal that will pull the smell right out of them, and as for the breath, well just brush your tongue a lot and eat plenty of strong mints, instead of gum.

I LOOOOOOOOOOVE garlic too & I have also had to deal with these issues.
Do u know that garlic is fantastic for your skin(of course u do) and the smell is released through your pores when u sweat(JUST LIKE VODKA)!!!!!

SOoooo If ya really wanna get rid of the garlic breath, chewing on raw parsley really does the trick & unless u have xtra strong, heavy duty, industrial hand wash (with a hint of lemon), u need to use latex gloves. If u dont ave latex gloves its all good coz I bet u ave fantastic skin eh!!!!

After you hve prepared your garlic, wet your hands with water, and pour salt into the palms of your hands and give them a good rub, then wash as normal with soap, this will get rid of the smell on your hands. To get rid of the smell on your breath, chew some fresh cut parsley after brushing your teeth. It works HONEST !!!

Try rubbing your hands with fresh parsley afterward...you can also chew on a sprig. If the garlic is causing a major body odor, you can buy Parsley pills at the drugstore or health food store that will help.

I know. The same happens to me when I chop onion, the smell stays on my hands. I've heard several ways to get the smell to go, but none have worked for me.

Washing hands in lemon juice
Rubbing silverware between the hands

you'll probaby get a hundred suggestions, but the most effective and practical (comes from someone who has the same sort of love for onions:) is to always carry some strong chewing gum with you. pop in some now!
also as for the smell of it on yourself - for onions this works : wash them as you cut them, thoroughly. for every slice, wash under running water once... this should work for garlic too - the same principle basically...

Try rubbing your hands with salt before washing, and if that fails rub them on the silver taps. For garlicky breath eat some fresh parsley. Hope this helps.

You could use milk or lemon juice. Either or those things will get rid of the smell pretty good.

Just associate with other garlic lovers and the problem will disappear. Other people who have had garlic will not notice that you have.
