Well only you can pretty much determine that one. Are you rude to people? Clingy? Do you gossip a lot or put people down?
The world is truly a *****, and sometimes people are picked on due to looks, hygiene, finances, or other petty things that in 10 years wont even matter to them.
On the other hand, maybe you are just trying to be liked by the wrong people. Be yourself and dont change dramatically for anyone. If you have to be a certain way for someone to liek you, is it really worth it? Let me answer that, no.

You need to do some soul searching. It could be that you appear stand-offish or perhaps not approachable. Most people tend to bristle at that. But if you are trying too hard to be likeable, that can also make people shy away. You really need to examine yourself, and it would help to ask those close to you to help you out, let them tell you what aspects of yourself are not positive.

Maybe your shy, or maybe people you tell people how you see things. I alway say if you are going to ask me a question. You may not like the answer your going to get as I will call things how I see them. Black and white. Good luck

Sometimes I ask myself the same question. I once got engaged to some woman, though, but unfortunately she is preoccupied with her monstrous "son" (if such a creature can be regarded as a son), who seems to want his mother to be lonely, or maybe he wants to marry her himself. I think it is for that reason, that she didn't answer my phone calls for more then three months. Though I can't understand how can it be impossible to find time to answer a telephone call.

you are going to have to elaborate on your situation and how people react to you. Its possible that if you went through an event that wasnt so great that you send out a please dont bother me vibe. Just ask yourself how you are feeling. If you are happy people will naturally flock to you.

Mabe cause your probably trying to hard. People don't like people who like to really make themselfs know unless your just that cool or got it like that. Be yourself and if they still don't like you theres other people who will do right if you do right to.
