Stop dying it for a starter. See a stylist who can really tell you what damage you have and how to repair it.

I too dye my hair but if I plan on dying it again, I wait another 6 months before I do it. The more you do it, the better the chance you will ruin your hair because of the chemicals that are in the dye.
I would look in the shampoo aisle at whatever store you shop at and find a product that will restore your hair. There are items out there you can use for damaged hair and it actually works. I have damaged my hair before but it's been so long since I've done it that I couldn't tell you the actual product name. I may have used VO5. Also, there are a lot more products out there now that work better than what I may have used.
You most likely can restore your hair. You just need to find the right stuff. I wouldn't dye your hair again anytime soon because you don't want it to get worse. Dying your hair is very hard on your hair and the more you do it, the worse it can get.

I like Aussie products so try there conditioning treatment and buy shampoo and conditioner that is for color treated hair.
And use the condition treatment every other day or maybe even every day for a while and then just once a week after 3-4 weeks!!
Hope this helps! Good luck!!

Every 6 weeks you can dye your hair if you do it too soon you will mess up the cuticle on the hair, Then you will need some sort of hair conditioning stuff..not regular conditioner the deep conditioning stuff there are tons in the shampoo aisle.

First you have got to try to stop if you bleched it bad luck, If you died it i think there are shampoo's that can wash the hair dye out. I got highlights once and i still regret it beause they outgrow and i hate that look. so then you got to keep dying it because even pernament color comes out. I think you should leave it alone for a month or two and leave your conditioner in longer. Use a shampoo that helps damaged hair and try not to straighten or curl it too much. try using some olive oil shampoo and let it heal!!!!
Good luck=)

stop dying it use a conditioning treatment for dry hair once a week and use products for dry hair, once the dye is out your hair will be fine, then instead just use a wash in wash out dye.

I believe that you can put olive oil all over your head and then cover it with a towel and sleep on it all night. The heat makes the oil soak into your hair.
