This is very sad. You should have spent the last SIX YEARS thinking how heartless your ex was and seeing other ways that this character trait manifested itself.
Small breasts are beautiful. You need to find a guy that loves them. I dated a slender babe with 34B breasts and I thought they were big - so, again, you simply need to find the right guy.
You should not get implants. The dirty little secret is that they are like cars: they wear out, and need routine maintenance every 5 years. They also damage your back. Commit to losing 5 pounds in the next 6 weeks. Having less body fat will 1)make you more healthy, 2)make your breast appear fuller and more youthful, and 3)make you feel sexier. Then spend a day out on the town with a tight tshirt and no bra. You'll realize what you have is just fine.
Spread the word: implants are for idiots.

NO...
You did not say how old you were .
If you have a child I would hope you would breast feed.
You say that this loss of self esteem was caused by a boyfriend 6 years ago. I notice you also say he is now your ex. Do you think that MAYBE he was looking for an excuse to dump you.
If you had a 40 D then he could have said "for god sake your chest is too big"!
I do not think I would take the chance of getting implants... There is always a chance of complications.
Think of him as a loser and Thank God you are rid of him. Go on with your life as you are.

I have been with two different women that both had implants and I must admit being a real man I see no need to alter a women's natural form. You are extremely beautiful just the way you are, even if you have no breast at all.Yea a dress might fit better if you had implants but when the clothes come off they just don't look right....My sister just recently had hers removed and she says she feels so mush better since the extra weight has been lifted from her chest....Do what seems best for you,but make sure if you do get them, don't go to big,get a good surgeon,go in right below the nipple and make sure to take it easy after the procedure to give your body a chance to recuperate....Take care....Tom Science 4

Well there's a reason why that guy is an ex. Don't let him sway your decision. Most guys think natural is better anyway. And take it from a girl with a big chest, there is a lot of clothing you won't be able to wear if you get implants....I can never go without a bra, so plan to kiss cute summery tank tops goodbye or plan on investing in expensive good underwear. Trust me, just embrace your size and soon another guy will love you for it too.

I think you need a new boyfriend. Implants are something you do fro yourself, not an inconsiderate jerk like that. 34B is about average. Not too small. He's an @ss. I have implants, but I got them because I wanted them, my bf couldn't have cared less one way or the other. If you do it, do it for you. They are fun and make you feel sexy, but don't expect life altering changes.

Personally, I think self-esteem comes from the inside, your brain. If you don't change your thought process, then how you feel about yourself isn't going to change no matter what you do on the outside. But that's me...if you think sacks of plastic on your chest will make you feel better, go for it.

You should have told him that he had no you know what! Anyway, I think that if you think it will help build back up your self esteem, go for it! I'm getting mine next month, and I'm doing it only for me. I want to look better in clothes, and just feel more womanly! So, as long as your not doing it for anyone but yourself, you should be fine!

Not for the reasons you state. Believe in YOURSELF before believing an X's opinion! Afterwhich you wont be interested in the possibility of mutilating your body.
