do you believe in changing the way you look?

I had surgery earlier this year and it was the best thing I ever did. It wasnt a drastic change and hardly anyone noticed - just thought I'd lost a bit of weight. I was a size 10 (UK) on top and 14 on bottom. Do you know how difficult it is to get clothes to fit when your top and bottom is so different. So I had a bit of lipo on my hips and thighs and everything looks fab now. I havent changed the way I look and I've still got great curves, just everything is a bit more even now.

It depends. If I got mauled by a mad dog and it chewed up my whole face, I'd be up for a new face transplant, which by the way will be happening soon in the United Kingdom. A partial face transplant happened in France recently. If I had a big fat nose, I may consider surgery if it will prevent everyone looking at my nose and laughing. If I were a man with big busty boobs, yes, I will have those things cut off without a doubt. Basically, since I fall into the "average looking person category", I'm happy with what I was born with. I think what Michael Jackson did to himself is totally wrong, money or no money. He was so sweet before and now he looks like a thriller monster.

Yes i do!! Since i was 17 i have had GG breasts! Im now 22. I didnt want to live rest of my live with them when they were making me unhappy so i changed it! I had surgery got smaller more comfortable breasts and i feel like a new person. I would do it all again if i had to (within reason) I dont see the point in living your life if your not happy with the way you look. If when i had big breasts that i was comfy with them i wouldnt change them!

My brother has had cosmetic surgery when he was only really little due to horrific bullying from a condition.

I'm having cosmetic surgery so I won't have to wear glasses or contact lenses anymore.

I'm totally for it. If you aren't happy then why not change it?

Personally I wouldn't. You often hear the cliche "it's not what is on the outside that matters, but what's on the inside". I think people who have plastic surgery to make them look better think that everything will be okay afterwards. This is not very often the case, as the person has to learn to love themselves for who and what they are. Plastic surgery cannot do this.

I don't think I would change the way I look too drastically. You see some who have had thousands of pounds worth of surgery done and they look like they have a mask on! its gross! I have bingo wings and flabby tummy due to rapid weightloss and although I live with them. However, I think give the choice I would have a tummy tuck and my arms done.

Depends what you look like in the first place.
If you are fugly then yes.
If you have facial tumours then yes.
If you are normal then no but then again if its up to you and how you perceive yourself.
