No it's not cheating ,but if he starts loving it more than you then i think you will start having a problem to deal with.It's actually normal for all male to whack; it's something all guys do but never talk about' but not frequently only maybe if the wife is not around, but when he starts to enjoy doing it himself it can get as bad as him preffering it done by himself than having a woman.

I had never even heard of someone numbing their hands before but no, masturbation isn't a form of cheating. It's simply self pleasure.
If your feeling a bit insecure about it, why not offer to help him out? Or if your not sexualy active with him yet just ask him why he feels the need to do that.. but try not to judge. Masturbation is a normal and healthy thing.

No, this is definatly not considered cheating. Masturbation is normal. It's good to explore what feels good when your alone. It can help you to know what you want in bed with your partner. Everybody does it.
