Yes. Here is a quote that expresses the Baha'i belief...

"And now concerning thy question regarding the soul of man and its survival after death. Know thou of a truth that the soul, after its separation from the body, will continue to progress until it attaineth the presence of God, in a state and condition which neither the revolution of ages and centuries, nor the changes and chances of this world, can alter. It will endure as long as the Kingdom of God, His sovereignty, His dominion and power will endure. It will manifest the signs of God and His attributes, and will reveal His loving kindness and bounty."
Baha'u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, p. 155

I would imagine it would develop in ways we don't even understand here on earth and continue to do so as we live on. Just think about all the changes your own personality has gone through over the years. Life changes and physical and mental maturity have altered your personality in ways I imagine you could not have understood as a child. How much more so, knowing that, do you believe it will change in the hereafter? Mind stretching to think about.

In the hereafter we are merely spirit. That is the highest form! We can not develop higher then spirit. Therefore no personality"ego" is present. Once we become spirit there is no ego, ergo fully developed.

Yes, it will develop mold and possibly rot. It may even develop some maggots. Of course, with today's embalming techniques, it may just sit there and just develop a crust.

Personality founded on ego doesn't survive death-individuality founded on truth, wisdom and compassion survives and continues to develop until nirvana is achieved.
