its like ill be talking to girls totally innocently and before I know whats going on -im in a situation I didnt plan on being in

I would call her but she'll think Im a lame and smothering her if I call too much

If you don't have enough restraint for a few weeks...use your hand and when she does get back, you can tear it up without feeling or being guilty of cheating on the person you supposedly care about. Don't damage your girlfriend any further, do the honourable thing and let her go so she can find a decent guy.
