The window is making a clicking noise and i belive it is a fuse.

I have changed the fuse, but there is still a clicking noise when i attempt to put the window up or down

you probally have a window regulator problem

I would say you have a bad window motorbad/good news that model the window motor and regulator are made together if it was a fuse you would have no click which is the one touch down relay

You need to replace the window regulator. There is an updated part available through FORD
