Rather than cancel, It would probobly be better to report them as spam the next time they send a message to your in box...After that..They'll cancel your membership..(just hit the spam button)

You should be able to write a note asking them to cancel your service, if that don't work just ignore their calls or e-mails. If they contact you by E-mail just put them on your SPAM list and you won't even see their notices.
