Healthy and supple skin is not so much of a dream if you take proper precautions and pay attention to your diet and exercise. Balanced diet, hydration and protecting from sun and wind should be a part of your daily regimen. Here are the four basic steps to skin care that are mandatory and cannot be skipped on any account, if you want a naturally glowing skin. It is important that you use the products according to your skin type. You have to pay attention to the order of the steps too:

It is important for those with acne/pimple problems to keep their skin clean.

Follow this routine:

Morning - Wash your hands and then your face with a medicated soap. Pat dry with a clean towel; do not rub with the towel. Saturate a piece of cotton with an astringent lotion or rose water to which some water has been added and press all over your face.

Rinse with cold water. This helps close pores and reduces oiliness. If you are at home, apply a medicated cream on the pimples using your fingertip; do not spread the cream.

Mid-day - Repeat the same cleaning routine. Reapply the medicated cream if you are staying at home or apply calamine lotion if going out. Wash/cleanse your face four to six times a day.

Night - Repeat the same cleaning routine. Make a paste of sandalwood. Apply it with your fingertip on the pimples and scars. Keep overnight and wash in the morning.

If you were used to nice skin, you might not have been taking good care of it. You just expected it to stay beautiful. If it's really bad, see a dermatologist. If it's just one or two zits, get some Clearasil rapid clear. They will be gone in a day or two. If your face is really greasy, that can cause pimples. Use Clean and Clear astringent. Maybe you are using to much make up. Get a make up remover with a light medication, and wash your face before bed. Go to WalMart and get the medicated concealer. Put that on your zits instead of regular concealor. I think it is also clean and clear. Experiment with different acne products until you find the right one for you. Acne stinks... but, it can be defeated.

the main causes of acne are greasy foods and being a teenager. i recommend washing your face everynight before you go to bed. the oils on your face will set into your skin over night if you dont. i do not recommend washing your face a couple of times a day. this will cause your face to dry out even more. if your going to put lotion on your face to rid yourself of the dryness, please use aveeno body wash or bath and shower oil. this is made with oatmeal which is good for the skin. other then that, just try not to touch your face and stay away from fast food. If you have to eat fast food, try to pic something off of the menu that you know is not so greasy, or try a different fast food place.

I like how this story is going, I would like to know more. I could picture how this was going like a movie screen in my mind, I like that about an author. Keep up the good work, hopefully you'll keep inspired to move on in your writing!

If stress is not involved, make sure you drink a lot of water, it could be the lack of water/nutrients that's causing your acne.
It could be your digestive system, are you at all constipated?
I suggest not touching your face, drink a lot of water, and splash your face with AS COLD WATER AS YOU CAN HANDLE every couple hours.
If you're young, dont masterbate. :X

It depends how old you are. If you're a teen, then it's just hormones. If it doesn't stop breaking out, I suggest you go to a dermatologist. Really helps.
