My dog has this weird habit of sniifing her food from the bowl, and the n she goes round and round the bowl, but then she doesn't eat the food at all. Can anyone tell me why she does this weird dance? Thanks!

she might be just trying to decide if she really wants to eat it or not. She might not like the food you are giving her but is hungry. If she is not eating at all, there is something medically wrong, and you should take her to your vet.

Some dogs just dislike using a bowl and would rather eat out of something flatter. I think it tickles their whiskers sometimes or they may just be a bit eccentric ;)
One of my dogs still takes mouthfuls of food and drops it on the floor next to his bowl before actually eating it. He used to carry it into the other room (wherever I was), but as he's gotten older it's gotten closer and closer to the dish.
Try a new dish or a cookie sheet and see how she does.

our dog had vision problems when she would do this...its progressed to the point where the food has to be on the floor now. Try a plate rather than a bowl.

maybe her tags are hitting the bowl? some dont like that noise and they wont eat. try a plate instead

Do you have mice? If not, then she doesnt like her food, change it.
