Why do you ask that? I cannot afford even to buy the land that the shed in the back garden of my rented flat sits on!
As for what you are stating. You could say that about any religious group, if you know your history. In places like Polynesia it is not the Christians who are causing the problems over land.
In the 12-14 century Europe was invaded by other cultures and in fact the Moorish people's had an empire that covered North Africa, Spain and introduced Islam to these countries.
It is Human Nature to try and rule others...Not the Religions...If People learn at accept each other for who they are then this world would be a far better place.....

You think the Christians(with capital letters) as the worst on the earth - too biased and profused and as a whole such type of generalization are wrong.Do you believe that there is "perfect" religion or a nation? If not ( which is the rational answer) then why all Christians to be the "biggest land grabbers"?
Put some more tolerance.

I don't approve of colonialism, if this was the question. Those people were land grabbers and worse than that (they reinvented slavery and so forth). Their Christian identity was purely formal.
While you are right about colonists inducing suffering, I don't think you are right about India. India is suffering more from its traditional mess than from colonialism. British occupation ended a long time ago. (For this opinion I am indebted to some people who actually went there and wrote about it.)

The biggest colonialists are now the Muslims and their legacy will be far worse than the Christians. Look at all the trouble they cause in Philippines, Indonesia, Nigeria, Sudan, Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, UK, France, Spain there are many more I could list. Biggest trouble makers in the world today.

It was not a Christian army that occupied India it was a British one. India is one of the fastest improving countries in Asia.
I live in Europe, parts of Europe will be under Islamic rule in about 20years. Muslims are flocking to 'so called' christian countries. It can't all be that bad..

Atrocities and injustices have been occuring throughout history in the name of religion. Those who commit them may say they are of this or that belief but obviously they are not. If they actually did believe in just the basic tenets of their religion and lived their life in a way to show this belief then they could never do the things they do. This applies to religion, nations, and individuals.

What? Lots of religions are "land grabbers" not just Christians. Look at Zimbabwe for lang grabbing - they will go to hell for what they have done.

The question (and commentary) asserts (negative) things about Christians, but what is the evidence to support the assertions?
