if you refuse to do anything with him other than kiss him, (without giving him a reason)will that just make him feel that you dont like him, therefore he will not ask you out on a date anyway?

Let me get this right did a guy ask you out but say only if he is able to feel you up? If so tell him to get lost. I thought the whold idea of the date was to see how you get on and not assume anything.

I cant see how a guy can ask you out on a date and say 'Would you like to go out with me.... but you have to have sex with me too'. How could he do that? Mind you, if he DID then you would be able to make up your own mind how to answer.
If, at the end of the date, you dont want to do anything other than kiss him then just don't. If you dont want to kiss him, dont.
Dating is supposed to be for getting to know each other, not just to have sex!!!!

No way! Don't do anything you don't feel comfortable doing - never EVER feel pressurised just to make a guy feel like you are attracted to him. There are plenty of other ways. A kiss on the first date can be really romantic - leave him wanting more! In the long run he'll respect you more for it.

Depends on the guy. If you don't want to, then it means he's shallow. There's more to life than rushing things when things can be taken slowly. Not trying to sound cynical here, but some just want to get into your pants and afterwards forget your name and then move on to the next one. You deserve a lot better!

If kissing him doesnt feel right then dont. Take control of the situation. For example...
Tell him he can have a kiss if the date goes well

Sweetie, don't ever believe that you have to let a male touch you or even have sex with you just to have a "date" with them. That is just letting them use you and believe me they will look upon you as a piece of dirt after they've used you. You will end up a sad woman with many one time sexual encounters but no love or long term relationship.
If a man cares about you he will wait. He will want to develop a relationship with you not push you into having sex.
Wait and it will be worth it. Please believe me.

if a guy won't respect your wishes of not being ready, then he doesn't like you for you, i've gone on a few dates with this new girl, and we still yet to kiss, and we both really like each other, we probably won't do anything aside from a kiss for quite awhile either, and she also doesn't belive in premarital sex, and doesn't want to get married for 9 1/2 years, but because i do infact like her, i am respecting her, and plan on waiting
