before sleeping bang your head 7 times against the wall, (mildly),and tell yourself " I will wake up at 7.00 in the morning". I have tried in in the childhood. it works.

Keep telling yourself before you sleep to wake up at 7:00am, and keep looking at the clock while telling yourself that. Try to keep a mental note saying 7:00 o clock, 7:00 o clock, wake up at 7:00 o clock. Whenever I do that, I wake up at that time, or near that time. This might sound weird for some people, but really. It works for me!
If you're too tired though you might end up waking up later.

well it is a great problem to wake up in early in morning
I have to wake at 6 for my schools
You can just do it by sleeping at 7 in nigth

try once to wake up at 7 in the morning, then every morning u will have ur eyes open at that perticular time.
its scientifically proven.

My cat usually wakes me up at a specific time each morning, but I can't rely on her though.
