Well, make sure the person likes you back and then just go for it. Find out what sort of things she likes and is it something that you'll enjoy too. The most fun I had is when my boyfriend asked me to go to a rodeo with him for our first date and I enjoyed it so much more then going to a movie.
Just go for it! She'll thank you for it later!

Hey Ok this is what you should do go up to her and say something like. Hey iam am going to see a movie and give the name.. and then ask her would u fot ar me the honor of joing me for the movie and maybe a dinner. if she accepts be early and bring some flowers or something .always make sure u introduce u to her parents and make sure they know u will take good care of her and that owuld not hurt her at all

Smile, be confident about it, step up to her when shes not busy, start a conversation, pop the question. Make her feel comfortable that shes being asked by somebody that wants to spend time with her.
