YOU ARE ALLOWED TO EAT HARD CHEESES,ITS JUST THE SOFT ONE'S YOU SHOULD AVOID. AS FOR BEANS THEY ARE VERY GOOD FOR YOU FULL OF PROTEIN

Beans and legumes are very good for you during pregnancy, in fact they're promoted by the health department in their WIC program, as is cheese. While cheese is a great source of calcium (and by all means eat some) don't go overboard....it does have quite a bit of fat. So go ahead...have a burrito... put some cheese on it....and good luck with your baby.
