Do you think that if you were wasted on drink and drugs and were a virgin, and the guys knew you were absolutely hammered because of drugs but he still takes your virginity, that you were raped? even if you didnt say yes or didnt say no, because you were not in control of your body does this make it rape. Ive only ever had sex twice and both times i was on drugs. Since then i haven't taken drugs and therefore haven't had sex, do you think i was taken advantage of??? -x-

They guys weren't on drugs, but they had been drinking. Yes i know im stupid for taking drugs its called being young and naive hench why i dont do them any more!!!

Yes , you probably were taken advantage of... but its quite clear that it only happens when you are taking drugs or drinking.. so I would suggest staying off the drugs...You will only create a bad reputation for yourself if you continue to do that.. As far as rape, I dont know what the laws are where you live, but I would have to say no, because you are obviously aware of what the drugs and alcohol make you do. Stay off the drugs!

Most definitely, if you did not consent then it was rape. I'm sorry this happened to you and I hope you learnt something from it as well.
And, you are a bloody idiot for taking drugs in the first place, apart from people taking advantage of you, what if it had been something much worse, think about it. Things like this happen everyday, and unfortunately for you, you can't say "it won't happen to me" cause it did.

Yes and no. When you chose to do drugs you also chose to risk many other things. That includes someone taking advantage of you. Yes it was 100% wrong of them, but you also know you were the one taking the risks. If you know there are bad people who will abuse you, do you still go where they are? Aren't you partially to blame for what happened? Tough thing to answer. There is no 100% blame here.

I would suggest changing the people you hang out with. Yes you were taken advantage of. If you can't handle your liquor and drugs to the point where this could happen, you need to stop before something worse happens to you.

its called date rape honey... happend to me too... i was away with my boyfrend and some frends over the newyear weekend and we all got smashed... long story short - i was a virgin and one night he forced himself on me.. i knew what he was doing but COULDNT open my mouth or move to stop him... and then evrytime after that, he would find a way to have his way with me... n that was about 6 years ago.
i seriosly suggest you get off the drugs and drinking if you cant control yourself or what happens... and make sure you have a buddy with you if you go to parties - you're both safer if you know you have to look after someone or someone is watching your back.
If you have no feelings of guilt or regret about what has happend... then no need to worry, but if you know you ddnt wnt it - seek professional help to sort out your emotions immedietly or it'l catch up with you at a later stage - TRUST ME - i still have flashbacks n guilty feelings at times and it creates tension in my relationship

You are your own enemy. What happened with you should be termed as a date rape because you were not agree for that but you are equally responsible for it. Why do such things that bring you out of your own control ???
