For strength and flexibility you should try doing pilates or yoga. They're both great and i usually practice half an hour of yoga every day and pilates or calisthenics 4-5 times a week for an hour. After about two weeks of practicing yoga you should feel completely different.

Yoga. I never thought of it as anything special, until I tried it and it kicked my butt. Its great for stretching and flexibility!
