i have had a stuffy nose and horrible cough for a week. and it doesnt seem to be going away.

try medicine with zinc in it.....and drink alot of orange juice.....those two things help me get over colds really fast!!!!!!

Drink lots of fluids and get as much vitamin C as possible (oranges, strawberries, lemons etc.) Paracetamol can help ease the symptoms. Personally i squeeze out a few oranges with one lemon and have half a cup of that with half a cup of boiling water and a generous spoon of honey.

What seems to work for me is lots of vitamin C. I drink lots of fluids like orange juice, water. Neo-citran seems to work pretty good with drinking lots of juice.
