Surprisingly, not that many, because there are so many editions of the same version, it just seems it.
The ISV and the NKJV took a bad step backward in 1987. That is when the publishers completely removed God's name from the Bible.

Many. But, what matters is that the version you study is an accurate one, translated carefully from the original languages, and in language you understand. All the King James Version was, was a "Modern English Translation" for the 1600's.

Many translations. I don't know really how many. You say "versions", many others say "translations". The original manuscripts no longer exhist, but the oldest copies that do exhist are from all over and aren't in english. Greek is a difficult language to translate into english and be precise about. There can be 5 different words in greek for each english word so the translations differ. However all the translations all say one thing....Jesus is Lord, He is the only way to salvation, and we all need salvation. Hope that helps.

Too many. May I suggest the original Hebrew version? Nobody's messed with that one.

several....but all the content is the same....it is to make it more understandable to different people.
it does not matter whether you say..
she touched the hem of his garment...
or
she touched the hem ot his clothing....
the message is the same....
