How can Allah be just without demanding an atonement for sin? If your good outweighs your bad, doesn't he just ignore the bad? How is that just?

I wish that all Muslims have your attitude, the problem with us Muslims that we cannot explain our religion in the right manner, either they are too strict for these times and for the understanding of non Muslims or they know nothing about it.
I hope with the help of God you would be able to answer some questions in a way close to people's way of thinking, cause Islam appeared long time ago and life changed a lot since then.

For the 1st question, Islam does say that the Prophet Muhammad replaced right into a descendent of Ishmael, as are all Arabs.
