Well, we should learn and understand the culture of each country first, and build the muti-culture global village like the United States.

What you are describing is like The Republic in that it is not attainable.
The problem with achieving your question is realism. As long as states operate under its dogma, this can never happen. The most common illustration of this is in Political Science is the prison scenario:
Two people commit a crime and are arrested. The officers do not have enough evidence to convict them, but they are convinced the two are guilty.
In separate interrogations each criminal quickly discovers this and must weigh three outcomes:
1. Say nothing and trust that the partner will say nothing (no jail time)
2. Turn in the partner for a reduced sentence
3. Say nothing and possibly be turned in by the partner (full sentence)
Since the most preferable outcome cannot be guaranteed by our prisoners, realism dictates that they will both choose a less attractive alternative to protect themselves (#2).
For this reason, and because the primary mandate of our social contracts are for the state to protect its citizens, weapons will be a mainstay for a long, long time.

It would be nice, to live in peace, but genetically, this is an improbable dream.

It is coded in us to fight to survive, and many have taken fighting to prove their religon or government worthy.

To become united, we must cease to argue and agree on certain terms. But that as well is improbable. My way of living peacefully may not be your way of living peacefully, and if we both won't settle for one way or another, a battle begins.

it is hard to acknowldge that war is part of some of our daily lives, but until we can all learn to agree, then it cannot happen.
