Er, I'd say dont do it! It made me severly ill, and as bad as this is gonna sound my bowel movement hasnt been the same since! Please read the guides throughly before putting it into practice. and only follow for the 2 weeks, then a break. I know so many people who have done this diet, lost it and put back on and more! And I know others who struggle medically whilst on it. Please be very careful!

Weight Watchers are far better, as they see it as a lifestyle change, not a diet. Good luck on weight loss tho!

A simple recipe would be to forget the dumb, fraudulent Atkins diet, change your lifestyle to eat fresh, helathy, unprocessed food and get plenty of exercise.

please don't!!!! Atkins passed away from high level cholesterol and overweight. You might also get stomach problems.
