Christians are neither moral nor upstanding, even when early christianity came about, they were burning villages and destroying Pagan statues, even in the early days of christianity they were full of ignorance and hatred towards other religions. Not much has changed since then and I will bet you anything deep down inside most of the christians on Y!A have a deep rooted desire to burn a witch or kill a Jew because they feel they are the superior religion, i think the anti Islamic and anti Atheist sentiments that christians constantly display on here proves what im saying to be the real truth, not some christian white lie.

You're lumping all "Christians" under the same umbrella, and not considering that only certain "Christians" were doing these attrocities. There are some "Christians" who bomb abortion clinics, burn crosses on certain front yards, and put you out of their membership if you get divorced, but they're not ALL like that. So, what have YOUR forefathers done, that we can blame YOU for? Not fair, right? My forefathers were from Germany & Hungary, so I guess I must have been in on all the Jews getting killed in Germany (even though I wasn't born yet). Let's just blame those rotten "Christians" for every bad thing that's ever happened, just because they were alive at the time. This is all STUPID!! I can't speak for those who burned those women at the stake. It was a different time, back then. People believed superstition more than their own eyes. No, that didn't make it right, but it wasn't ALL of the Christians who did this, just ONE group. They reacted out of fear, ignorance and lack of sense. And I don't know ANY Christian who has said that "Jews are just cannon fodder". What a rediculous statement! They were no more or less a people with feelings & lives than you or me. They didn't deserve to die. Hitler was evil, no matter how much of a "Christian" he might have called himself. I guess if you wanted to tweek my chain, you did a good job. Congratulations. But, stop lumping a whole group of people into one. A true Christian does not practice evil. And, unless you personally know EVERY Christian in the world, it would be impossible for you to know the heart of EVERY Christian, therefore you cannot judge us all, any more than I can judge your whole family just by your attitude. For all I know, you might be seriously asking these questions, truly seeking answers. IF you are, I hope you got them. If you're just trying to get a rise...congrats to you...you win. Now what? <*)))><

II have to tell you that I, as a Jew, have heard many antisemetic remarks BUT I have never heard that we were cannon fodder And I hardly think of Hitler as Christian. He possesed none of the great Judeo-Christian values that took athe world out of the Dark Ages. Anyone who burned a witch was terrible because history has proven that they were tagged as witches because of jealousy and/or women of means and the outdise wanted their means

Lets see, you asked 2 questions.
Witches were not burned at the stake. These people were NOT witches and the "christians" were wrong to do this which they realized too late. It was 2 girls who started that whole stupid mess.
And what makes one a christian? Bible says "they will know we are Christians by our love." So you tell me, what Hitler a christian?

Well, that is technically two questions, but here goes lol:
The verse that most Christians use for witches is "suffer not a witch to live", and pretty much everyone takes that as meaning to kill witches - hence the burning at the stake. I don't see that verse that way.
In the Bible, we are to suffer for others, we turn the other cheek, we are to love them even if it hurts us. "If a man asks for your shirt, give him your coat as well." "If a man asks you to walk a mile with him, walk two instead" - you know the verses. But I think (my opinion btw, not scriptural fact) that it means don't suffer for the witches, because they are already lost and nothing you can do will change it.
The Jews are not canon fodder at all, they are God's beloved.

Since when have Jews been considered cannon fodder by Christians.
Man you are really bad at this. Are you just pretending to be this stupid or is it some sort of mental block that prevents you from actually studying a topic before running your mouth about it.

The witch burning crap happened in the 1700s before people realized how retarded they were for doing it, and it stopped. Hitler was crazy. It doesn't matter what religion he claimed.

what are you talking about?
edit
i have a friend who is jewish and she told me that the correct translation isn't thou shall not suffer a witch to live, it's thou shall not suffer a poisoner to live. it was just more useful to them to translate it the other way.
just so you know the burning times started long before salem. most of the women who were burned weren't witches they were midwives and healers. hitler wasn't a christian he was insane.

It is amazing the things people do in God's name.
Exodus says "Do not suffer a witch to live." But Christ says to love thy neighbor as a friend," and do not hate or be angry.
Sound like the work of man or the works of Christ?
