remove the skin-peeling from the apple without removing as much of the fruit as possible-keep your paring knife steady so that each piece of fruit is uniform(slightly rounded) as possible this will let you 'FAN"THE SLICES SO TO SPEAK -and give a great show-good luck-if you can make them individual the look is even better-carmalize the top with a little sugar
