GOT TO START NOW :method
gravy first mean while u can boil rice in open pan add salt to taste,2 cloves, peas as they cant b fried, cinnamon 1/2"
BACK TO GRAVY:put 2 tbsp oil/ghee/butter,add cuminseeds to it,put ginger chilly paste, add onion paste stir it cook till light brown n starts leaving oil,add tomato puree to this now, cook till this leaves oil(u can add oil if it is less bcause it should leave oil)add 1 tbsp whipped cream cook for 2 mins add same quantity of curd to it add punjabi masala n other masala paste prepared of cuminseeds cloves etc. cook till it evaporates all the water.mix de fried veggies to this curry now ur rice must be drained till now n should not contain any moisture if so then spread them in a cotton cloth.take a bigger container with a tight lid n should b able to store all gravy n rice n then take a pinch of kesar n prepare kesar milk 1 small katori now start making layers start with rice sprinkle 3-4 spoons milk on each layer, next veg gravyagain rice with milk sprinkled on layer take an onion peel with its dry outter crakling cover n the inner layer too u have to put one burning coal in each onion cover in such a way that ash of the coal should not fall on rice.can put 1-4 such onion n coal n shut the container thight so the air/vapour is not out.cautions use a cloth so the vapour drops doesnt cool the coal,it will absorb the moisture created inside.keep the flame at low so the bottom rice will not burn. cook for 3-6mins let it stay shut 4 a longer time so the smell will not vanish, dont try to cool the coal, rather dont peep for atlest 20-25mins till the coal will finish burning.mix well.serve hot.enjoy with punjabi subjis or even curry.my style of biryani happy meal.bye!!! dear friend

maximum Indian vegetarians believe that eggs are non-veg because of the fact they comprise animal cells (the female genetic textile). i think of that because of the fact Indian vegetarians frequently do no longer devour eggs, the egg industry there is no longer as industrialised, and fertilised eggs are offered alongside with unfertilised eggs for food (besides the fact that that's all changing with the introduction of supermarkets). Edit: i might in basic terms choose to show out to Mr Extrasoft (who nonetheless does not get it) that the incentive for human beings to become vegetarian replaced into continually to do with thoughts of equality with animals and that's barely in contemporary cases that human beings have particularly taken to it for wellbeing motives. additionally, in case you may cared to envision, this question replaced into asked from India the place they view eggs in a distinctive mild to the West.
