you can get a credit card.. BUT your parents or any guardian over 18 will get the MASTER CREDIT CARD and you will be able to use the SUPPLEMENTARY CREDIT CARD...

one bank had initiated the scheme of credit card for juniors (with assurance from an adult) although i cant really remember the name of the bank.. maybe it was standard chartered or alfalah..

but YES you can get a credit card.. not exactly in ur name.. not exactly your PERSONAL card but a supplementary card that you can use wheneva u want wid ur sign

No bank will lawfully give you a credit card until you are considered an adult at the age of 18. If you need something in the form of plastic, you can get a debit card at your bank that is associated with a checking account. You will need to have your parents take you to the bank to open a checking account/ savings account with your rupees. They can convert it to US dollars for you. (It appears that you are living in the united states now...correct?)
