While eggs are ok, there is a nutrient in the yolk that may cause a low blood sugar reaction in very sensitive folks, so the whites alone are better.

I usually have a handful or 2 of a mix of sunflower seeds, almonds and soy nuts with a glass of water or soy milk. If I have some tuna or salmon in mayonnaise already made up I may have a couple of bites of that, with water. Almost any relatively low fat protein with a small bit of carbohydrate, good fat and water is a good protein snack for night.

no snack at night is the best snack. sip water. o, yea, and if u meant that snack - well, it also has calories. so i stand the same ground - no snacks at night
