figure 8 -10 servinge per 9 1/2 x 13 deep pan you will need approximately 31 pans.

pasta is a great way to cash in-its filling -add a litttle brucshetta & your good to go

about 6-8'HOTEL" pans -they use them in the rest. bizz.
