They do not look like cauliflower per say, however, after a few more than one grow they begin to look like cauliflower. They are called genital warts, from the HPV virus, a STD Human Papollomavirus, they are highly contagious. Here is a website:

My daughter got one on her finger the size of a real cauli a few years ago... they're gross!

You can buy stuff OTC, however if in doubt go to your doctor. Never EVER try to self-treat genital warts... a guy I know did this and ended up having to get an emergency circumcision!

The traditional remedy is to rub a garlic clove on the wart: the OTC treatments are either salycylic acid or the dry freezing method (also used by doctors).

Apologies if you don't have warts... just giving advice in case!

What Do Genital Warts Look Like?

Genital warts look like small flesh-colored, pink or red growths in or around the sex organs. The warts may look similar to the small parts of a cauliflower or they may be very tiny and difficult to see. They often appear in clusters of three or four, and may grow and spread rapidly. They usually are not painful, although they may cause mild pain, bleeding and itching.

Hello,
I saw your questions and think you may need some advice. I had the same type of (warts) as i thought they were and they would get kinda crusted and bleed once in a while if you irritated them. I hate to be negative but I went to the doctor and had it removed from a plastic surgeon and come to find out it was basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) and had to have surgery to remove the base of the problem. I had it reoccur in another spot and same thing..Have not seen any since it's been 3 years.
