Take the turkey roasting tin after you have roasted the turkey and skim off most of the fat. Gradually stir in flour to the juices on the base of the roasting tin so they emulsify to form a golden paste. Then slowly stir in hot stock that you have made from boiling the giblets to loosen the contents from the roasting tin. Transfer to a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring all the time, to thicken the gravy - simple and very tasty!

USE THE JUICE FROM YOUR TURKEY, AND 3 OR 4 TEASPOONS OF CORNFLOUR, PLUS RED WINE OR WHITE WHATEVER YOU ARE HAVING,WATER FROM YOUR VEGETABLES, JUST BLEND THE CORNFLOUR WITH A LITTLE COLD WATER TO MAKE A PASTE, THEN ADD YOU TURKEY JUICE,STIRRING WELL,THEN ADD YOUR WINE.NOT TOO MUCH, BRING TO THE BOIL, THEN ADD SOME VEG WATER IF YOU NEED IT. YOU MAY NEED A BIT OF SALT AND PEPPER, BUT DO NOT PUT THIS IN TILL THE GRAVY IS DONE AS YOU WILL HAVE SEASONING FROM THE OTHER INGREDIENTS.
