I have just bought a 42" plasma display screen that can be connected to Sky box, DVD player and video, but does not have an external aerial so cannot be used to view terrestrial TV. I have tried to connect my Sky box through the screen, but there are no scart sockets on the rear of the screen to connect the Sky box. The DVD player has connected and can be viewed with no problem but the screen keeps flickering when I try and view what is being transimitted through the Sky box using a scart to 6 phono lead. Help!

Why 6 phono connections for the Sky box? This would provide video and audio in and out. It could also be a poor quality cable - like the long thin SCART cable I bought. I assume that you are referring to the case with just a Sky to TV connection.

On my all SCART set up, I had to leave out the SKY to DVD/VCR recorder connection as this caused interference. Three SCART leads worked on the old TV.
