Over easy, which means flipped but, don't let the yolk get hard.
Or as my dad always called it, "with their eyes closed". My ma used to do it by spooning hot grease over the egg instead of flipping it which often results in a broken yolk. Friend 06

Boiled, fried, scrambled, poached - any which way. It can be chicken, duck (yummm), goose or quail. Lovely. An egg is a food substance of great beauty, and I love 'em! (Egg sandwich for lunch tomorrow, definitely!)

Over medium with bacon to dip in and a clean fork to mush them all up with. I eat eggs the way my dad did LOL it grosses most people out

I like them sunny-side up, with the egg yolk warm and runny, oozing out when I poke at it.. oooh... Nice.
I also like scrambled eggs with cheese sprinkled on them... Tasty!

scrambled. i like adding a little milk and sesame oil with the beaten eggs before i cook them.
