If you can't get over your first love, should you choose to be alone?

The girl I love can never be with me. Should I just be alone my whole life? I wouldn't want to be with somebody just to not be lonely.

If u start seeing other people, even if the idea doesn't appeal to u, u will eventually come across someone else who would make u feel different..just look at the world around u, millions of people are suffering from ur same problem, but life brings better things all the time. How sad. You can love someone and still have special relationship with that person even though you are apart. It doesn't make them any less special. In fact, I believe it makes them more special because you love them with your emotions and not physical. I think that runs deeper than any relationship I have ever know. You can still live with someone or be in another relationship and still be alone. But I also think, there is no limit to love..just degree's of love. A Mother can have 15 kids and she will love each one completely and appreciate them for different reasons according to their personality. Its very similar to boy girl relationships. There are soulmates but when you can't have your soulmate..there are other people in this world who you can still love...you would just love them differently and appreciate them differently.

Do not choose to be alone. If you know that your situation cannot be resolved with your first love, then remember her fondly, but move on. A first love is always someone special, but in your case unattainable. Choosing to be alone, is wasting your life, when you can move on and not only be happy, but make someone else happy too.

well u can be wiv someone who loves u. im sure dat person will make u forget the girl u love and maybe, who knows,u may fall in love with her. if u prefer to be alone u'll never be able to forget her. instead u'll crave for her everyday. now its up to u to decide
