So its about 4 a.m and there is this guy who does the clean up in the office.. He likes me and wants to take me out.. i'm not into him but i like to flirt just for s hi ts and giggles.. How can I tell him that I'm not interested without hurting his feelings...

Just stop flirting. He'll be a bit confused but he'll get the idea. If you must flirt, make it outrageous and obviously not intended to be taken seriously. I used to have several mock "affairs" going on with male colleagues, all of whom were told not to tell each other as "he thinks he's the only one". When one of them mentioned the possibility of his mother coming over to "check me out" I said I wouldn't want her to have a wasted journey.

You could stop flirting with him for a start... If you flirt and tease, of course someone will think you are into them...

quit flirting with him and tell him the truth....be nicer to people...it is cruel to be like that and then surprised when they want something more....grow up and treat people as you would like to be treated

You can't not hurt him, so stop the flirting and do you job.
He is gonna be hurt. just be sweet about it and say Oh I can't each time he asks you out.
and if he tries to push, just say I met some one recently .
And leave it at that.
But becareful what you wish for............................
