You have to plan your DAILY intake of food, son.

By that I don't mean you have to learn all about calories and vitamins and proteins. I've lived many years without learning about all that!

However, it does make sense to have a good breakfast, a light lunch and a reasonable supper. That way, you'd be able to work during the day and sleep soundly at night. A heavy lunch, common in the Indian sub-continent, makes you drowsy.

Your daily food intake must have some starch (bread, rice, potato), some vegetables (they give you vitamins and the fibre that is so much talked about today), and some protein (from animal sources or beans, nuts etc.). The other wonderful food is fruit.

I'm sure you should be able to give yourself some combination of the above foods every day. The more variety the better.

So, to answer your question: it partly depends on where you live (i.e. your culture), and what your other meals are.

I suggest:

a vegetable sandwich and a meat sandwich washed down with a glass of milk would be fine.

OR
a smallish portion of rice, or noodles or potatoes, AND, vegetables, AND fruit. Meat or eggs are optional.

Again, I emphasise variety. Don't monotonously eat the same every day!!
