well i do high intensisty workout and i just wanna ask is it better to go from 25 to 20 then back to 25 then 20 or should i lower the 20 to like 15s? what i always do is i use my actual weight in curling for instance then i go down to 20 for a better burn then go back up should i go lower or is it fine?

Thats normal. a few pounds unstable is not serious.

Worry yourself if your weight keeps dropping or you don't stop getting heavier.
