You need it from your previous insurer.

Often break in a year like yours make your no-claims bonus invalid so you might be starting again with some companies.

Write to your old insurance company asking for a "Proof of no claims bonus" ans send it to your new company. You should have 3 to 4 weeks in which to do this

You need to get on to your previous insurer, usually you get a copy at the end of each year with your renewal quote if you have lost this you can ring up and they will send you a new one however they will probably charge you a fee for doing it.

You can get in touch with your previous insurer and ask them for a copy,or ask them to pass it on to your current insurer

Ask your old insurance for a confirmation letter or take the details from your old document in, ie the policy number and your new ins. co. will do it for you.

Contact your previous insurer. They can fix you right up.
