you're kid's teeth are brown and losing enamel, his guims are diseased, and you've got him guzzling coke? At 3?? Well, what did you expect to happen? Sweets aren't a problem in moderation as a treat, and if you actually clean his teeth properly. Coke is the worst thing you can give him! If you don't believe me, next time you give the kid coke, put some in a cup and drop a penny in, then leave it for however long you leave it till you next clean his teeth. 3 or 4 hours? all day? All night? Thn look how shiny the penny now is. You've just done that to your kid's teeth - day in, day out for 3 years. Stop the coke and watch how much healthier, happier and better behaved hebecomes in a matter of days. Your dentist was far too polite. If you keep it up he'll have no teeth by the time he's 7, let alone looking like he smokes 60 a day the way he does now.

The cleaning the teeth are only one aspect of proper oral hygiene.
Bacteriostatic conditioning is another important part. The inside surfaces of the mouth and the tongue in particular are most likely the crux of your problem.
Get yourself a bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide and use it to swish around in the mouth and gargle.
Rinse out your mouth and then repeat it until the foaming becomes less prevalent.
Take a soft toothbrush and try to brush the tongue while peroxide is in the mouth as well.
A good antibacterial mouthwash will help too.
The roots of your teeth may begin to itch. This indicates an infection below the gum line. If this occurs, stop and repeat the process later in the day after the sensation stops.

you may have problems under your gums.
they are called "pockets" and need to be treated by a peridontist - not a normal dentist.
unfortunately, this can be expensive (it is here anyway - I dont know about in India).
your first stop is a dentist and a full mouth xray - this will show up what is going on. Dont delay - if you have bone deterioration, you may lose your teeth even though they look good on top,

Gaps between teeth is due to the positioning of the tooth caused by: wider arch size, congenitally tooth spaces- "diastema", or tooth drifting due to extracted teeth..... Bad smell can be caused by: sinus entrapment (call your ENT), or stomach ulcers (consult your Gastro-Internist), and it can also be due to carious teeth ( have a dental appointment)... make sure to brush ur teeth well with floss and clean your tongue as well by tongue scraper

Gaps in the teeth may be due to orthodontic problem or loss of bone as in periodontitis..Accumulation of calculus ( tartar) under the gums can lead to periodontal problem and bad smell too..A thorough examination is needed before ascertaining the cause..I don't know any dentist in Bangalore but if you come to Chennai you can meet me..

Are you brushing your tongue when you brush your teeth. 90% of the bacteria in a persons mouth is on their tongue. If that doesn't work then maybe you have alot of acid reflux ( heartburn). This really causes bad breath too. Or it could be something you are eating on a daily basis such as a certain spice.

i'm not sure about the dentists in india but i think you should get braces since you've got gaps in between your teeth. mouthwash is good too. just look for a good dentist. highly recommended by many. he/she'll know what to do. have you got cavities? maybe that's the problem. make sure you brush your teeth and your tongue. trust me, flossing frequently does wonders!
